JAI #245: STAMPIN' UP!'S FESTIVAL OF TREES IN GOLD

This week at Just Add Ink we have a Christmassy challenge, to make a papercraft project inspired by these beautiful images:

I've just taken delivery of some gorgeous new Designer Series Papers that are coming out in the Stampin' Up! Occasions catalogue on 6th January.  These papers have reignited my love for Sahara Sand; teamed with white, and gold, it made for the perfect neutral on my card for this challenge.

Each of the three trees has different detail ... the one on the left has tiny pearls adorning the flowery parts; the middle tree is embossed in white on Sahara Sand card, and the baubles embossed in gold; and the right tree is embellished with the sweet little gold bird (also from the Festival of Trees stamp set).

There are a couple of 'sneak peeks' on this card (I can't link to the products in my online store yet, as they're not available to buy until 6th January) .... the patterned paper, and the wide white jute ribbon.  Lovely, don't you think?

Here's my card:

Make sure you check out the AWESOME creations of the rest of the Just Add Ink Design Team - everyone has really outdone themselves this week!

Apart from the new products, everything used to make this card is listed below, and can be bought from my online store by simply clicking on an image.
